Postage

 

Please allow up to three working days for the items to be put in the post.

 

If you would like to receive your items sooner, then it is best to contact me first via email or phone before placing your order so I can let you know the best postage that I can achieve.

 

Please note that I always endeavour to get your parts in the post as soon as possible.

 

 

Returns

 

Returns are accepted as long as any parts sold can be returned in an unused state.

 

The refund will be processed when the returned item has been received by Holme Valley Customs, and inspected to ensure that it has not been used.

 

Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

 

Cost of the postage and packaging to return the item rests with the purchaser.

 

 

Other information

 

Note that a lot of the parts are made from Mild Steel and therefore susceptible to corrosion.

 

I try my best to keep all stock as corrosion free as possible, but please note that some items may come with signs of slight oxidisation. Good working practice is to clean up mild steel before welding or painting anyway, so this shouldn’t be a problem.

 

When an item is sold, the purchaser takes full responsibility for the correct fitment and installation of those parts. Holme Valley Customs and myself (Thomas Shaw) take no responsibility if parts are fitted incorrectly, and damage to the purchaser or their items occurs.
